Terms of Service & Repair Conditions
1. Overview
This website serves as an informational showcase for computer repair, technical maintenance, and benchmarked second-hand computer parts operated by Hakan Beylikdüzü Computer Services. We do not operate an automated checkout cart; all orders, bookings, and inquiries are handled directly via WhatsApp and phone calls.
2. Warranty & Labor
Hardware repairs and new components supplied by our workshop carry designated labor and parts warranties agreed upon before service. Damage caused by subsequent user liquid spills, physical drops, or electrical surge shocks is excluded from warranty coverage.
3. Data & Storage
While we exercise utmost care to back up personal files prior to system formatting, customer devices with physical platter drive corruption (bad sectors) carry inherent data risks for which clients are advised to maintain independent backups.
